TANGY MANGO SAUCE FILLED LENTIL BURGER

INGREDIENTS: lentils (39%), carrots (17%), onions (11%), pea flour, spring onions (6%), water, tomato puree, Alphonso mango puree, rapeseed oil, rice wine vinegar (SULPHITES), modified maize starch (E1442), sugar, salt, garlic, coriander, cumin, methyl cellulose, ginger puree, red chilli, black pepper, cayenne pepper, turmeric, cardamom, cloves.
COOKING GUIDELINES: For best results, cook from frozen.
OVEN BAKE INSTRUCTIONS: Fan assisted oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (220°C – non Fan). Place the burgers on a baking tray and cook for approx 22- 24 minutes, turning halfway through. Leave burgers to stand for 1 minute before serving. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Always check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
STORAGE: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
